Tractor Shed Events

Guests must follow all safety instructions given by staff 

All fire exits and escape routes must be kept clear 

In the event of an alarm, guests must evacuate immediately 

Alcohol & Behaviour Policy 

Guests must drink responsibly and follow staff instructions 

The venue reserves the right to refuse service or remove individuals behaving unsafely 

Prohibited Behaviour / Items 

Do not access and unauthorised areas, kitchens or restricted zones 

You must not interference with fire equipment or safety signage 

No smoking except in designated areas

Venue Risks 

This is a working Stud, there are uneven / external surfaces 

There will be lower lighting during live events, as well as loud music/noise exposure 

There will be hot food/drink service 

Medical & Accessibility Information 

Please inform us in advance of any mobility issues or medical conditions relevant to safety, as this will help us ensure your where possible, accessibility arrangements can be put in place. 

Emergency Arrangements Awareness 

In the event of an emergency, please follow staff instruction and proceed to designated exits. Our Staff are trained to manage emergencies 

Parking & Site Movement Rules 

Follow designated parking areas, there are no unauthorised vehicle movements during events, as pedestrian safety must be observed Ultimate Safety Consultants Limited 2026

All guests are required to follow safety rules, and agree that they accept risks inherent to our events and will comply with staff instructions 

Special Risk Disclosures 

At out Tractor Shed events, we offer fire pits in use, please do ensure your own safety and that of others, when enjoying or in proximity to the fire pit 

Guest Safety Declaration 

By purchasing a ticket, you agree that: 

You will follow all safety instructions given by venue staff 

You understand that the venue hosts live events which may include: 

• Some of our live music, might be loud 

• The lighting levels may be reduced 

• There may be uneven or outdoor surfaces 

You will behave responsibly, particularly in relation to alcohol consumption 

You will not enter restricted areas or interfere with safety equipment 

You will evacuate immediately in the event of an emergency alarm 

You acknowledge that failure to comply with these requirements may result in you being asked to leave the venue.
